Halo has sold 3 mill copies now.

That's good and all, but I'm curious how that stacks up with other hit games. I've heard that GTA 3 is anywhere from 8-10 mill copies sold.
But Xbox only has 9 mill consols sold... so a third is pretty damn good. Always brings to mind the good ol' ET atari story, where they tried to sell more copies than they had players.
