It's hard, but I have to let go of my gnomon DVD collection. I watched all of them and I can say that without exageration this is the single best resource for learning Maya from the ground up!

I'm selling them in the following packages, these can't be splitted up.

Modelling package:

NURBS Modeling, I: Basics
NURBS Modeling, II: Surfacing
NURBS Modeling, III: GTP Racecar
Polygon Modeling, I: Basics
Polygon Modeling, II: Sub-Ds

Texture pack:

Texture Mapping, I: Materials
Texture Mapping, II: Textures
Texture Mapping, III: Projections
Texture Mapping, IV: UV Layout
Texture Mapping, V: Adv. UV Layout

Rendering pack:

Rendering, I: Light Fundamentals
Rendering, II: Shadows
Rendering, III: Light Effects
Rendering, IV: Light Fog

Dynamics pack

Dynamics, I: Create Emitter
Dynamics, II: Emit from Object
Dynamics, III: Surface Emission
Dynamics, IV: Rigid Bodies
Dynamics, V: Fields
Dynamics, VI: Goals
Dynamics, VII: Instancer
Dynamics, VIII: Intro to Softbodies
Dynamics, IX: Softbody Effects
Dynamics, X: Lattices & Curves
Dynamics, XI: Spring Effects
Dynamics, XII: Hardware Rendering

Expressions pack

Expressions, I: Intro
Expressions, II: In-Depth

If you buy the complete package (30 DVDs) you get a substantial discount!

All DVDs are in flawless condition, like new.

More information about the DVDs you can get at http://www.thegnomonworkshop.com/videos.html

The first person who makes a reasonable offer for a package gets it (I bought them for $69 / DVD). Packages are shipped from Switzerland.

Thanks!

did they help you?

I try to remain as objective as possible (despite the fact that I'm trying to sell these):

They helped me a lot! I've bought almost every Maya book out there (Fundamentals, Savvy, etc.) and watched a lot of video tutorials online before I got the Gnomon DVDs.

They walk you through all the topics and give great examples how to apply the different techniques to real-world problems. Most of the examples are really cool and inspired me to a lot of new ideas.

These DVDs seem to be expensive, but there is so much material on each one of them (2 hours of video - which most of the time took me at least twice that to work through - I like to stop and try it instantly in Maya).

Maybe somebody else wants to comment, too?

Sometimes the Gnomon DVDs in the modeling package can be a bit too basic... unless you are a complete newbie (and I'm not that advanced)
You will still learn a thing or two, even from the most basic ones, but at this price tag... I expect to learn a lot.

That said, many of the other DVDs are still an excellent learning source, and contain tons of really cool tips and advanced topics.

You might get the wrong impression from what I wrote so far, so don't get me wrong... I LOVE those videos, and learned a lot from them. I just found the Poly Modeling and NURBS Modeling packages to be too basic.
