Hi,

I want to do a few animation test, both full-body (walk cycles, etc.) and facial, and I'd like to know if anyone has any ideas on what makes a good test model. What is needed for both face and body to cover the basics, but without overcomplicating.

I've worked with this model from DT a couple of years back and I thought it was quite good. What do you think?

Can you give a link to where I can find them?

I was actually wanting to do a model myself, I guess what I am looking for is someone that can give some guidelines, like: the foot should be divided into 2 parts, somewhere in the middle, and don't worry about putting toes because that just complicates it and it won't provide a better result when testing a walk cycle.

I could just do one very similar to the one from DT but i'd like to understand for example why is the torso divided into 4 instead of 3...
