:) hi friends am new to this forum .This site simply rocks, anyone out here pls help me how to create realistic hair in photoshop .i donot have any pen-tablet mouse is my onle source .i would b very thankful 2 u if u provide those techniques or tutorials directly or through links

Russell Brown (http://www.russellbrown.com/tips_tech.html) has a good tutorial on his page. Look for the "Creating Digital Hair" tutorial near the bottom of that page. There's a link for the Nagel Hair Brushes there, too.
