View Full Version : C4D & After Effects Mapping
rubyscooby 04-22-2009, 11:08 PM Hi I think I remember that I could do this in After Effects. I want to render an image of lets say a rounded cube rotated a bit. I would then like to map the image onto it in AE. Can this be done? I am saving it with a material uv multi layer and 3D data after effects also checked but can seem to figure it out. I get a .AEC file that doesn't open.
Thanks for your help

you need to add the AE plugin to the AE plugin folder.
you should find the plugin in the C4D Exchange Plugins folder.
or you can download it from maxon site
this info is not everything to get an image mapped on the cube but it should help get the AEC file opened in AE
