Nice drawing. Just a little crit on the colouring:
It's not very exciting from a colouring point of view. Try to do something with the lighting and the background, it looks rather flat this way.
Her right hand and arm seem a bit too small also.

Cute girl!
I agree with jeroentje about her right hand... although her arm itself doesn't bother me.
Her right leg seems like it should be a bit more forward, and the top of her thigh should bow out somewhat... not be quite so straight.
Left gun looks awkwardly long...
Also, I think that there's a basic lack of a real feeling of form for her torso, but that's something that time and practice will remedy...
your assignment: continue drawing cute girls.:D

Nice, two things I would do though:
1) Belt. On the left side of your image, make it curve around her hip rather than continue straight. Also. try to angle the buckle so that it sits along her (nice) contours, rather than giving into the temptation to show it flat-on to the viewer.
2) Guns. Desert Eagles are big, beastly handguns. You could enhance the depiction of femininity of the character by drawing the weapons much larger (as in real life, for instance remember that the grip of each is really bulky as it contains a clip of .44 magnum shells!), and thus by contrast showing the small, dainty hands of your subject.
