I made this rose using photoshop & Illustrator. I made rose in illustrator and bubbles in photoshop.

I think the rose needs to be more defined, because the shape is being lost slightly due to the softness of the coloring and shading of the rose. It looks a little flat. Nice water droplets, by-the-way.
