finally i created a quick animation with my ant. it was a short cycle test.

Do you have a wireframe animation available? The beautiful texturing and camera focus effects are distracting me from giving a proper critique. :)

hmmm might be better to attach a screenshort so everbody knows what the movie is about.

I think imitating a handheld camera would boost the realism... though would probably detract from the ant's motion a bit. I like it alot... nice work.

I think having the ant get killed at the end was a bad choice. I mean just after he went on that incredible adventure and crossed over every obstacle thrown in his path,,, wham!!! Not cool man, I was really connecting with him. Also the villian in the story really made me mad, which is a good thing. The chick was even pretty cute for an ant!


All kidding aside, great walk cycle! Can't wait to see it finished.

The most realistic and astonishing work I have seen for a very, very long time. Those details of the model and the textures, as well as the fantastic ilumination are creating an outstanding, brilliant atmosphere. I do not have anything to criticise except the shortness of the clip. Wow! :drool: :buttrock:
