Hi Jason,
It looks good but I have a few thoughts. First I am wondering why he has only one wing. Was the other one cut off, was he injured? If so you might want to give some sort of visual hints in your drawing as to what might have happened to add additional depth to his visual story. Maybe he has a stump, or we see his tipped off wing somewhere in the background. Just something that might somehow subtlety or not so subtlety suggest the missing wing’s history.
Also I think that the sky has a very active pattern and might draw some of the attention away from your central figure. It’s very busy and the strong contrast between lights and darks in the sky draw my eye first to the sky, then to the figure. Maybe subdue the contrast in the sky a little more so that the character is separated a more from its background.
I do really like the improvement in colors. And he has a really great dynamic pose. Keep up the good work.

thanks for the idea man, I was intending to draw a os shot of another charater facing him, to make it look like they are fighting. but i'm having problem in designing the armour. I will lower the contrast of the sky as you sugguested.
