i wrote a script. its probably already been done, and better, but i gave it my shot. someone wrote somethin like this for that DRONEZ animation.

basically, u choose the head, left and right hands, left and right feet, and the root. then u can select these parts via the gui. i have found it helpful in those cases where u cannot clearly see the body part u wish to select. just speeding up the workflow a bit. btw this can be used with any custom rig, but its mainly for use with CS.

anyways, lemme know what u think

Can you post some screenshot of your script's UI? I would like to see how it looks. At the moment I don't have Character Studio so I did not check your script myself, sorry.

u can use it with anything really. it just has the picture of a cs biped, any rig would do
