working on a nice quick ( about 6 hours including modeling ) setup animation Rig in Lightwave
using selection sets in the scene editor and basic ik
i find this rig is a nice start

but would like some feedback on what everyone else likes =)

biulding my web site at the moment will have a tutorial section and will have a rigging tutorial for you =)
