Hey there,

A small team from the Supinfocom Animation school in France showed us their winding workflow for the short they produced for their final year. Check it out. So cool, so psychodelic, a flight of fancy. Clik the image.

My best regards from Peru to all the production team of this awesome short based in our Inca culture. I like the colors and the contrasts in the illumination. Also the whole animation work.

Thank you for your comments, all of you :) Clement, Nicolas and I are very glad to share with you our student experience about making a short 3D movie.

Thanks again to Paul who gave us the opportunity to make this making of !

Wow, really stunning work.
I especially like the mixture of 3 D and the 2D painterly work.
You really got the Miyazakian Look and feel by this method quite perfectly!

Also liked the presentation of you and your work a lot.

Is there a chance for a downloadable version someplace
as a reference for me?

all the best

Jake

FANTASTIC work. I am consistently amazed by the animation coming out of Europe. I wish the U.S. placed a higher value on arts and culture. It seems that with its rich art history, Europe's residents (on the whole) simply appreciate art more than most folks in the U.S. I could be wrong, but that is what the anecdotal evidence suggests to me.

At any rate, it is nice to see an appreciation of a South American Aesthetic coming from Europe. You paid homage to the Incan style with grace and energy and I think most Peruvians would be proud to show this to their friends and family.

Thanks for sharing that. I really like the way you cut back and forth between the boy's actions and its effect on the real plane, and your short film as a whole of course.
