Hi Scott,

Where i draw my inspiration, first its my imagination and then what i see any where that give me ideas. The place i work, the ones i go. sometime something on TV.

About anything that touch my life.

I think i have lost mine, but i have been through a tough time recently at work.
I just endup designing the R8.1 (XL Bundle) interface with textures rather being constructive.
Maybe i need to play some games or watch a movie.

Try Sleep or Sensory depravation... While sort of extreme it does help me to come up with ideas that are original and its part of my schedule anyway :). I'm so tired...:surprised

watching people in the subway for example is a great sort of inspiration.
movies? maybe also good for ideas on new characters to model.

WIDE OPEN EYES

you dindn't have to invent new stuff if you can see thing other people do not recognize in their enviroment. did you get what i'm talking about or is my english to bad to describe want i want to say.

inspiration is everywhere around you.
maybe you need to leave your pc from time to time

My twisted mind provides me enough inspiration.

What I really need is inspiration to work. Not inspiration of ideas. I have too many ideas. Way way too many.

ohh yeah boone did you ever get C4D? I have been out of the loop lately.

Hey, sensory deprivation is a really good suggestion. I used to do that waaay back, before I caught the 3D-bug and spent my time writing a lot. I have not yet tried it for 3D inspiration - but you just made me try that really soon!

well, i'd suggest to wander open hearted through the world. follow your eye, go where it leads you. go in backyards and take a look. go for a walk when it rains, or at night. look at details, develop a sense for the special in the usual.
dreams are a good inspiration, too. music can support the development of scenes.

my 2 cents.:)
