getting stabbed, looking for feedback

I like the animation its pretty great, but the scene looks fairly untextured? I watched the 2.3 Quicktime...

The main things without looking too hard are obviously textures (its all a little flat) so lighting could be worked a little as well but when the alien jumps on his shoulders im not sure he would stay on his feet. If your looking for the stab effect through the body like that, maybe just drop him to his knees?

Cant really see the soldier guy either? small details?

I am more of an animation person, if I have time I'll put textures in it.

The test was more about the general motion, without going too much into details.

As soon as the new version is done, I'll do an update, so far the major issues are the tail motion and the way the alien lands on his shoulders.
