Her hair seems a bit odd,the bump isn't supposed te be there I think (i you know what I mean)
You need to do a lot of work ok the neck and all the bones around there (don't know the word).Awen is really thin so you should see them.
I think her face is to pointy,you should make it a bit more rounder,especially the chin.

And the thing about Arwen,Liv Tyler,is her eyes...
I'm sure you've watched the movie...Well when she first shows up in the forrest seeking Aragorn and the Hobbits,she is sort of in frodo's eyes,some kind of angel...she has this look in her big eyes,Maybe you should watch this scene,It could help you a lot...
You really picked out a difficult character to model...
