I can't make my avatar samller the 14k. I'm saving it as a jpeg out of photoshop with maximum compresion. it's 100by100 pixels. I don't know how to get it any smaller. HELP.

Switch to Index Colour and save it as a GIF.

You know what the "save for web" command is? I got it down to 6kb, find attached.
