Hi there,

Well first of all you should check the internet. Google images search, as far as it looks its a Subaru Imreza WRX Sti WRC car, the internet is full of the car type.
Basically its like the street version of the car, lights and all which is mainly what defines the car, here are some links:

Then, you should find some wheels....rally cars use O.Z. rims and thats about it.

Mud and dust or scratches can be found on the internet, plus if its for a game you won't be needing high res decals for mud.
