Hey there, that's not much infos you're giving us, what kind of a character, what kind of teeth are you looking for, does it include modeling of the jaws as well .. ?

You could try to look up Animated Gif Section over at Subdiv modeling page (http://maxrovat.sns.hu/subdiv/), or any tutorial (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=21263) on character modeling in fact.
Also, using reference material is always a good option.

try to first model the inside of the mouth and then make the teeth as an object of its own
