Modo Users...$499 Studio 4 Pro

I just upgraded to Modo 302 and get 401 when it's released. Since I don't see it mentioned anywhere in the Modo forums here - Are there any specific limitations, requirements, or stipulations to get Studio 4 Pro @ $499?
