View Full Version : Matching textures
brender 04-15-2009, 10:26 PM sorry in advance if this is a dumb question.how would you take 2 textures and remove the ambient lighting from them to were they would look good together in a scene for example a building with a brick texture sitting on a concrete texture.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Maybe you mean that your photo textures are darker on the sides than in the middle or something like that? In that case you could take a look at the tutorials over at the excellent site CGtextures (http://www.cgtextures.com/content.php?action=tutorials)
