Yo guys, this is my first post here, im psyched to finally talk to you all, youve put some crazy stuff up here, and its been fun to check out. Anyway, this is the head from a character i just started for my senior demo reel, please lemme know what u think,

Cool model. I like the stubble on the chin. The hair in general is great.
A couple quick comments:

How about making the stubble non uniform? It would be more interesting (in my mind anyway) if there was some variation there.

The eyelid looks wrong to me. The fold is looks too low and too dramatic. Maybe have it blend more into the brow.

The ear seems low to me but it may be the angle of the render.
