Very nicely done, I think it would work even better if you ad more contrast to her face. A bit darker shadows and some high lights on the nose and cheek perhaps? The eyes are very strong compared to her face, very pretty to :)

I agree that it could use a bit more highlights etc.

Especially the nose might need a bit more definition, it looks a bit flat at the moment.
Also the chin area could use a bit more definition.

I really like your use of colors, even though I'm not a fan of pink in this context.

Looks clean, eyebrown, eyelashes and hair very detailed. The nose - my opinion - needs to be "sharper" and the shadow on the neck and on the right part of the face will need some corrections.
