I think the character has a lot of potential. You'll want to fix the seam that runs down the front of the "head", and create an inside for the mouth, so you don't have the sharp edge around the lip area.
From personal experience (I had a character a few months ago that I was playing around with that had short, stubby legs and baggy pants), short, thick legs are difficult to animate and maintain an organic look to the movement. It's not impossible, but difficult - I think your character will be much easier to animate if you thin out the legs a bit, especially around the ankles.
I kinda feel a little out of place critiquing work here, since I haven't paid the proverbial dues on these forums yet (as you can tell by my post count), but this looks like it could be a really fun and cool character for you to play with, and I'd hate to see a few minor details keep it from living up to it's potential. Have fun with the character, and keep us posted on its progress!

hi i work on the teeth now(maybe it not be cute like i think :) )
i need to connect the last teeth and this is it for the lower jaw.
what you think?
maybe i will change the size of the front tooth (the squares)
i will wait foe post and for c&c.
