I was trying to paint a very cool and strong guy in this image.The color is leraned from some pics ofJustin Sweet.I do love his images! And it is all done by photoshop CS2.

Beautiful piece, love the colour palette and the selected detailing. It sort of feels as though the viewer is looking through intense heat . Great work:)

Lovely mood & painterly feeling ... I am a bit distracted about his axe ... seems that either the upper half has a really weird shape or it is just a wooden cross but then the colours match too closely with the axe ...
