i'm a bit torn on this one. I think the issue is the varying degrees of detail in the picture. the hand in the forefront is fantastically detailed, then move up to the face which is really plain and generic, then top it with hair that is nearly drawn strand for strand. The background looks like a completely different image because it is drawn in a comletely different style without a hard outlin (i realize it's blurred from dof, but it really shows on the yellowish shelves and the style continues with the couch they are laying on) It is a really good job in terms of color and composition-great anatomy, but the peice isnt unified.
