so you're working on at least 3 models that look exactly the same pretty much. what are you trying to do? mass produce these? or are you addicted to making robots?

:) 'Kay ,thank you for showing.
Didn't mean to offend you (If I did  )
no offense taken.. there wasnt anything negative to my original comment. it's just that he's pumping these out.

there wasnt anything negative to my original comment. it's just that he's pumping these out.
I can see your point, however maybe he's creating a group of characters for a short animation project? In which case, posting up each character (even if its similiar) and asking for pointers, help or constructive critique isn't such a bad thing if in the end it helps his final outcome. :)

When I first looked at it I thought the first pic was taken from the back. It took me a while to realise that it was facing foward. Maybe it has a little to do with no facial features but I think the reason it looks like that is 'cos the stomach area is too far back. I think if you brought that bit foward it would fix the problem.
Wait, maybe its actually the angle, I would tilt the stomache a little foward.
Is this figure one robot in a whole series for an animation?

Ok, so it's not the ALL original model, but it's got a nice feel to it. It needs a lot of work to look like a decent robot though.
The legs are sort of organic, and that's a mistake for this model.
This model looks more like a game model or an animation testing model. I like the overall idea, but you really are missing the model here! Needs lots of work!!!

yea i made the legs thinner casue his hip shields folds up so i can't really make it that much more bigger casue it will start to crash throught the shields
it's a design error :buttrock:

Your models are getting beter every time :)
There are some things that could make the model better though.
You have a lot of wingshaped long objects on his side, back and legs. This gives your model a fast, athletic look. What doesn't seems to fit with that fast look is the chest.
The chest could use some work, because it is really flat it might look better with a point coming from the middle of the chest. The chest needs more of a sense of speed, like the evangelion models or maybe something like the bio booster armors.
Well, it is mild critique only, so i hope it doesn't sound harsh or anything. Oh, the rig looks great!

Great design ;)

Hey! Nice mecha you've got there ;)
like the wings very much.
But some crits for you is that your mecha looks a bit too flat?? Would you mind showing a side view render??
It would be nicer if you could give the robot more depth to the chest area.
But hey, this is your design! Stick with your style.
Just an opinion of mine.. perhaps i'm too influenced by gundam.
Keep it up:thumbsup:
