i want to be good at the water effect,that's great ,i always think of it ,and i want to be a master ,who can make the water ,oil,and so on.first i think i have make out the animation,then i have to solve the render problems, so i think i have a longway to go now,anyone who can offer me some files,or any suggestion,

Learn as much as you can about fluid dynamics. I liked the tutorials on Modern Mayhem dot com, theres also DVDs on Digital Tutors and Gnomon covering fluids.

Learn Realflow and how to use fluids in your 3D program of choice.
From there, practice makes perfect.

there`r lots of types of water, sea, ranin, spring, glassWater.... , realflow is pretty professional for any water, i think it is ur start to be a water master.
