View Full Version : Texture Issues with .fbx exportation

Hey everybody,

I'm trying to export some game models to .fbx. When I imported them back into Max to make sure the process went smoothly, some of the models just show up as black. They're still attached to a material (their baked .tga texture map), but black. This only occurs with SOME of the models, however. Some of them import perfectly fine. I've checked normals, and resetting/flipping those doesnt work. I've tried relinking to the bitmaps, resetting the material, making sure everything was in the right folder and so on...and the models that import fine are using the same exact modifiers and settings as the ones that do not. I'm completely lost at this point regarding how to fix this/what's going on. Any help is appreciated.
