Ok so I have this model of a female head, and what I want to do now is to do some facial animation.

Can someone suggest a plugin or program that would let me do some talking animation? Something maybe where you can record a voice or something.

And also, for facial animation, is the best way to do it with morph targets?

yes morph targets are the way to go.

as far as recording voice use a simple audio editor like sound forge. you will need no plug ins for max to import the audio track - just a little knowledge of trackview and the good old F1 button
