I am trying to make a gold pendant with my name and my Gfs name... the gold looks cheesy, how can I improve it to make it look photo real?

Yeh the setup pic doesnt help at all since you cant read any of the settings. Anyway, one thing to help off the top of my head is that metals need something to reflect. So add an env map or just some random objects above the heart then turn off "visible to camera" in object properties.(only show up in reflections). Also use at least 3 lights in a triangle setup(with one brighter than the others to make it shine nicely).

And some sratches, or some really fine dirt along the scratches could help, because there areabesolutely no gold jewels are this flawless...
Btw, I can see you're using some reflection map, raytrace, or falloff in a raytrace mat. ? The setting are unreadable... So this is only a guess...
