the desctription says "3D animation of a soccer stadium in The Netherlands". I was just wondering ... is this stadium standing there already? Or is it a concept? Its really unique. Tyre-shaped stadium. Looks nice and airy.
Btw: what is the player clapping for before the kick off at 2.10?

No, the stadium is not there. It is just a concept for what good be the new stadium.
