How do I activate experimental features?

the only feature i've seen so far is the numerical display when you rotate an object.

for the others i am pushing all the menu to find out more stuff. nothing so far

g-prime, i hope you are in lightwave layout when you are doing ctrl+alt+shift+F1

repeat to turn it off!
