Alright i watched your reel a couple of times, and i have some comments.
Starting the reel with the monkey with the rocket was a bad choice. its not your strongest piece. The monkey is sliding as its moving along the ground, and it takes away from the momentum, and its really noticeable. in my opinion your strongest piece in the reel is the chef. his secondary motion is really strong and he's interesting to watch. but his Left hand is almost static the whole time, try to move that around some more. "Start your reel with your best stuff, and then gradually work your way downward" is the general idea. i would take out the little blue guy dying by the computer, and possibly the bouncing ball with legs. the balls arcs need some work, and the little blue guy just doesnt display much to me. The "space gorilla" is snappy but choppy, i would try to iron out some of the kinks in his walk but it has potential to be pretty good. I really liked the last bit you "threw" in there with the muscle punk chucking the little guy at the screen. strong ending. overall i would suggest some more polish. youve got a great start though! :D
On the technical side of things it's great, the lighting, the compositing, etc. But the animation isn't up to par with the rest of the stuff. I liked the motion graphics you had in there, there's definitely a good mixture of what you can do in this, I would echo most of Indy's comments. Nice work, just need some TLC on the animation and you'll be there.

Ohhh WOOOWW!!!, great critiques you guys, I really appreciate your time and comments.
You guys are both right regarding the need to polish animations a bit more, but to honor the truth, the desire of having a demo reel out there in the web was eating us up, reason why we didnīt polish all animations to the max. Also I forgot to mention that it is only 3 of us and did all of this in a 3 month period (which I think is not that bad), but most definitely, in order to have a flawless demo reel we shouldīve dedicate more time on polishing and organizing scenes as Indy mentioned "starting with the strongest one".
Also, Remi and Indy, awesome demo reels you guys, great animation skills!!!
Finally, thank you very much for your kind words and time!!!
Cheers!
