Well you are off to a good start but I'm going to be honest with you. First of all the characters don't show many of the basic animation techniques including weight and line of action. There is a good book out by Preston Blair (traditional drawn) that explains the basic animation. I will give you much credit for your lip sync, it was well timed very well. One thing that will turn off any recruiter is a super long title sheet (there are a few exceptions in breakdown reels). Your best bet is to shorten it and repeat it at the end. Another crit is that your textures need some work. It is better not to texture than to use low grade textures. Keep working and you will get there. ;)

Thanks for the critque! I'm working on an animation that should provide a chance to work on showing weight and line of action.
