Title: T-Pain for KING Magazine
Name: Jason Seiler
Country: USA
Software: Photoshop

This was a full page illustration for the latest issue of KING Magazine. For this painting I was asked to paint the performer T-Pain. Before this I had never heard of T-Pain, I had no idea what his music or "scene" was all about. The first thing I did was download some of his music to help me get a feeling of which direction to take. The A.D. wanted something in space or futuristic, so I combined the A.D.'s idea with the impression I felt when I listened to his music and ended up with what you see here.

Looks fantastic! I love the life in his hair and the cosmic background, though I might have expected to see him on a boat with some flippy floppies...(hope you got to see that SNL short during your T-Pain reference search) I always look forward to seeing your work! Keep it up:)

Thank you so much everyone! This painting started off a little rocky for me because I didn't really feel connected, wasn't sure I knew which direction to take it . . . it sort of all came together in the end.
