you can import them into flash and then embed that as you would normally.

flash doesnt comes with a sorensen codec that compresses it fairly well... if its for a demo reel or something i would consider getting a copy of sorensen squeeze though, as its even better.

or more easily you can just embed the movie into you webpage.

DO NOT USE FLASH MX to import quicktime movies. they suck using the standard Sorensen codec that comes with Flash MX. and the files size actually goes UP! trust me on this. I do it everyday.

to get good stuff in Flash you have to buy the Sorensen Pro stuff or buy WildformFlixPro (www.wildform.com)....

your just have popup windows from flash that open HTML pages with the <OBJECT><EMBED> tags.

never gone up for me...but then codecs always depend on how suited to the type of compression the content is i guess
