Well, hopefully I'll have the time to finish.
I'm thinking demon lord. So far I've come up with a demon that's pretty much the embodiment of darkness/death. I was thinking it was created by the energy of the dimensional riffs. Born from the blood and the bodies of a large battlefield from the past wars. It rules undead of course. Just something I've been tossing around.
Here are just some quick sketches. Playing around with a creature that's more welded together by an energy that make's it a living-ish thing. It would probably wield a scythe because scythe's are just cool weapons.
