Title: peaceful land
Name: JIanlin Shao
Country: China
Software:
I did this with Photoshop, tied to creat a peaceful and clear feeling of the nature wonder. I like to draw scenes, by
exploring nature you can learn a lot .
There is a piece of forest standing on a long slope ,their trunks cast blun shadows on the white snow ground.the center of
the painting lies on the upriding peaks of snow covered mountain. everything is still except some dry snow being blow by wind on top.that only moving object on the scene emphasise
the main theme "peace",
Trying to capture the real feeling about nature instead of "faking" a commenly seen strong contrast background, means more
patient and good observation, delicate stuff. I like to make things look real, technically, you kan make something look like photo, you kan do everystyle.
Just a sample to test my skill, nothing fancy , I like to make it like those modest nature paintings in 19th century. I
would like to do some fantacy ones or warscenes if I have the chance. Enjoy painting.
