Hey. First post here, not sure exactly what to say since I still need to get a feel for this place. Anyways, this is a character I started today that I'm so far referring to as a Tech Monster. I think the face needs more definition and the upper part of the head is rather blank too.
Comments and critique are greatly appreciated.

That's a nice first try but maybe you should wait until you post because from this point there is not quite much to critic. Can we see a wireframe?

Not much at the moment, I know; I'm hoping to have a body finished tomorrow if work goes well. Anyways, here's a wireframe shot.
I can't stand this blasted 20k limit. :P

for a limit of 20k the thead is very undetailled, I guess you mean 2k.

Took longer than I'd have liked to get done with other stuff, but I started on a body today. Arms suck, definitely need to replace them.

comming along nice.. keep it up. his mouth/head could use a bit more definition tho.. and the phat roll thingys under his titties too :/. also, i dont know if yer aiming for 2k or 20k but the thing sticking in his back comming from his head will take up a LOT of polys. so u might wanna reduce the polys on that, and make a plugg in his back since its just sticking in phat now :)

Sorry, seems I left out the "b" when I said "20k". I don't have a set limit of polygons for this model, so whether it turns out to be 4,000 polies or whatever doesn't matter. I mean that for attached files. Anyways, thanks for the comments and crits. You might notice there is a sortof plug thing sticking out of his back, also. Probably needs a good scaling to make it more notice-able though. Thanks again. :)

It's coming along quite nicely, nice mesh, very precise! But I still can't figure out what he will look like, or what he will be in the end. Keep us updated, I'm excited...
