This is my second painted picture done in photoshop, Got inspiration from the TV-show Baywatch... :),

Baywatch is certainly the first thing that comes to mind. Although you have several good things working here, there seems to be some anatomical difficulties as well. the feet don't seem convincing and a little small. And the shape and shading of the legs feels off or not-proportional. more practice with figures is all to recommend really. the hair is really nice, though. great highlights. keep it up.
