Something personal.
Done in Adobe Photoshop.
Completed. But would like to hear what you guy think of it. Some constructive criticism would be good.
Thanks

Can you take a brutal critique?
Personally, I think it's a mess. I don't know what you were going for with this image, but using the "runner" as a central focus of the image contradicts everything else that is happening in the image. It honestly looks like an attempt to put every known Photoshop effect in without thought of consequence in the image. I'll give you some credit though, somehow you forgot about the lens flare.
The figure isn't even running anymore. He's bound buy neon ribbons around his arms, weighted down by glowing squiggles on his back and encased in grunge brushes all over his body (which ultimately looks like he is in need of a bath). The only thing that shows movement are the sparks shooting from his armpit and the giant leaf swooping in to sever his right shin down the vertical axis.
Sorry, I had to be so brutal. I'm just giving you my opinion. Maybe someone else will have a higher appreciation for the image.

Hey Kirt, thanks for the great constructive criticism. really powerful and kept real.
I could definitely agree on your feedback.
" It honestly looks like an attempt to put every known Photoshop effect in without thought of consequence in the image."
I've been told that already earlier on, on deviantART.
I guess I didn't think too logically about it, but information/feedback like yours are just what makes/brings improvement.
I was really shocked about how brutal it sounded, but at the same time, it made me happy because of how detailed it was and i thank you for that.
feedback definitely taken into consideration.
