Here is a continuation of my original thread. I want to make a new one because I do not want to kill my bandwidth (as much).

THe original thread: http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=61615

I am happy with the exterior and I am working on the interior now. However, I have been slowed down with work and counterstrike(lol).

The original thread (for most of the exterior)

Picking up from where I left off in the original thread, I made rims and diffusors by the wheel wells. The suspension and steering is fully rigged to behave like real suspension and steering set ups. I also made an intercooler complete with the pipes and the insulation between the intercooler and the pipes.

Here I added the headlights, which are S-15 Silvia w/ demon eyes and foglights too. I also added basic materials. Nothing special, no raytrace or brazil, but it helps me tell the difference between parts.

Here is a look at the interior. Features 6 speakers and 2 sub woofers. I haven't made the woofers yet. They will be placed behind the rear seats. All seats including the rear seats will be racing seats from MOMO. The interior design is largely inspired (and ripped off from) the lancer evo8 interior. I picked white because a lot of blue ricers have white interiors.

Here is a post dedicated to responses and questions from the old thread.

About the wireframe. I can do a high poly render or a hi poly screen capture, but I will not do a low poly one of the whole car. Maybe of jsut some parts but not the whole car. The reason is because this car is composed of way too many parts, adn I do not wish to go to all of them and turning off the meshsmooth. The high poly renders and even what I see in the viewport are pretty complicated and hard to look at, so I am not sure if a wireframe would be a good idea.

And about the "coffee can" exhaust, do you mean this?

You can also see a neon underglow stick in the render and the license plate I made. I made it look like the style license plate in my province of Manitoba. "Friendly Manitoba"

Looking V cool so far. I haven't seen the other thread before, but I dig your whole detail level. Superb.

Top work so far. Have you modeled the engine bay yet? Things like the turbo and Nitrous injectors, nice chrome header cover and manifold.
