looks like you painted the grille on the front in 3D and gave the car real headlights. Stock cars do not have such grilles, nor do they have headlights. if you see detailing like this on cars on TV, if you look closely you'll see that they are just decals - you know, stickers on the front of the cars.

hehehe... with certainty you have reason, but this work was made for a balcony poster and the customer wanted details sufficiently

The car looks a bit twisted to me..

Yeah the perspective at the back and front of the car seems distorted. The rear wheel also has a different camber to the front one.

The headlights on stock cars are deacals, true...

But the grills are not. The grills between the headlights are required by nascar (and the manufacturers) and are part of the inspection process before every race. The other grills are somewhat team/track specific.

At larger tracks like daytona or talladega, the teams run minimal grills, the car he painted is a good example of a super-speedway car. The lower grill (although its not sunken in in real life as it is in the painting) is usually about that big. During qualifying at these tracks they use duct-tape to cover the grill openings to reduce drag from air under the hood. During the race, they run with some tape on still depending on the weather, the more tape, the better the car runs but the hotter the motor runs and too much tape will lead to an engine expiring early.

At shorter tracks where you do much more braking, you have addition grills on both sides of the lower center grill, these are there to provide cooling via air-ducts to the brake rotors...
