All the end/start points are snaped to eachother..
When I´v selected all the curves (profile first and rails second) and hit enter I get this messege

Error: mpBirailSrf2 (Mp Birail Srf Node): birail surface computation failed

????

Can anybody help me plz....

Tnx..

I think this is the error I get when I think the points are snapped, but they aren't. If you snapped the CVs together, since CVs aren't on the surface, then it won't work. What I do is select an end vert and hold down 'C', for curve-snap, and middle-mouse drag along the curve I want to snap it to.

try this.... As long as you don't undo, you should have a birailed surface that is invisible. You can keep moving those curves around and as soon as they are tangent, your birailed surface will pop up.

Oki.. tnx for youre replys:beer:

Doogie: I´v tried to move the CV´s.. but no surfece :((
I think the problem is that i don´t get the snapping to work with the profile curve that is in the middle of the two rails.. :banghead:

birail can fail when the interesecting conditions are met (no need for tangency here..). i wrote a railSnap script that you can find on highend3d that makes like easier.

I remember the days of ripping heads off trying to get birail 3+ to work.... lol, i think my solution was to just zoom in hell of, and manually make the thing intersect (no snapping, cause that doenst always do what you intend)

but wend rocks for fixing this for all of us, thanx!:D
