View Full Version : Material Scripting - Angle based blend ?

Hi.
Is there any script or plugin (not dreamscape) which can blend
two materials depending on object normal/face angles ?
I need to blend a mountain material and snow and snow should be placed on flat areas. How can I achieve this ?

Should be able to just use the standard falloff map for this.

You could try with a mix map with a fallof map set to fresnel in the

mix map, it should work for every map on your material.
