ok, so i have a environment created using loads of 3d imageplanes and want to apply trackerdata to these imageplanes, but i want them to still remain at their current position in 3d space after i connect them to the tracker itself. is this possible? and how do i go about doing that.

the trackerdata is extracted from 1 point, and the shot is subtle upwards moving camera.

I would do a backflip if someone could help me out here, thanks

Does your camera need to change perspective? Can you just render the 3d image planes at a larger rez and then track the rendered result on top rather than trying to do a camera match?

Hey and thanks for the help and no the camera does not change perspective. Ill try to see if i can get away with rendering the bg out in larger resolution and then applying the tracker data to it.

By the way, is there a tutorial somewhere how to use fusions matchmove?, i would really love to know how to use that in a proper way for easier shots instead of going through boujou. Mostly because my deadlines on the musicvideos are insane =)

thanks again

Fusion really only offers a 2d matchmove via the tracker tool. For any 3d matchmoves, you would need to use a 3rd party tracker like boujou or syntheyes, or a plugin like the ones from pixel farm.
