Title: Andrew Wyeth
Name: Web Bryant
Country: USA
Software: Photoshop

One of many portraits I've done for USA TODAY. Andrew Wyeth passed away over a weekend so this portrait never ran in my paper. If you see a painting by Wyeth you’ll understand what being a master means. As a personal exercise in Photoshop I tried to match the detail and brush quality of a Wyeth. I’ve reworked this over and over. I’ve learned allot, But I’m no Wyeth. Has any got a Photoshop egg tempera brush out there? I’ve just uploaded 7 of my portraits into my portfolio, so I’m looking for feedback on my portrait work in general and Wyeth in particular.

Out of the rest of the paintings in your portfolio, I like this the best. I love the detail, texture and your style of painting. Outstanding painting. Sophia Loren.... pure class. You brought that out in her and in the way you painted her. Never had the urge to own an image of Wyeth's. But i would hang your painting of him on my wall. Thanks for posting this, i admire it greatly. rick woodward
