Hey everyone!

My friend Doghateburger (http://doghateburger.cgsociety.org/gallery/) and I are doing a collab, so he told me to join this site so that I can can get critiqued on my half of it.
He's doing an alien warrior, while I'm drawing some retro-futuristic sci-fi soldier girl. So far I've spent about 20-30 minutes on it, just laying out the colors and such. I'm definitely going to mess around with her jet pack a little more, and alter the curve of the visor a bit since that is bugging me. I'm also going to mess around a bit more with her ear-muff thing-a-ma-bob.

Any critique, comments or advice would be greatly appreciated =D

Welcome To CGSociety mate ;)

I think you should pic out the Background colours first. That way it will be easier for you to blend the foreground and the background together. Her right arm needs to be smaller. Her left arm looks a bit too big.

Other then that, looks like you're off to a great start :)
