Cyborg Elite Guard (Guardians of the Hive). Race: Machines Class: Cyborg
The Machine race's Elite Cyborg Guard were forced to take on the responsibility of protecting the Hive. The last line of defence. Hidden away in the labyrinths of their space station in a once hidden dimension.
The hive is the equivalent of a server. the bio-mechanical centre that processes all information through the network to every cyborg of the machine race. If the hive is destroyed, the machine race will be annihilated.
The dice has been turned, The Cyborgs who were renowned for conquering all other races through there ability to interface technology and access their enemies vital information now has it's own networks being hacked.The Demons have become the first of any race to penetrate their cognitive networks, the essence of machines self-consciousness, it's soul. Through this connection they have spread a virus of phantom demons. For the first time in their evolutionary existence, machines now have first hand experience of nightmares!
The Demons now know the location to the once hidden realms of the Hive, and access, through the newly formed dimensional tears. The Hive is under attack!
The Elite Guard:
Pre-programmed with a bio-chip that contains a database of all known martial arts skills and military strategics from every galactic civilization the machines have ever conquered, within a split second they are capable of analyzing and computing the most appropriate counter-measures to their opponents assaults.Their cpu has also been programmed to extinguish all non-synthetic - non-bio-synthetic lifeforms that do not conform to the machine race.
They are also the only entities of the machine race that remain independent of the of the hive's communal control (a final security measure). If the Hive goes down, they are the only ones who can resurrect it
