I have a suggestion, however i'm not quite sure if it'll be allowed on the list.

http://blenducation.org/

It offer's training courses (short classes) in 3D modeling, animation, lighting etc in blender.

It's been around for 2 years now, but only recently has it started to attract alot of students, it offer's live classes with students.

It's the only place that offer's this for blender.

No FXPHD.com on the list?

Just a heads up at fxphd.com you get 10 lectures per class per term (not 12). There is a "break" week in the middle of each term.

Each term they repeat some core courses and add a bunch of new ones.
There's VPN access to several apps, including Renderman (as of this term).
For some courses you can take an exam at the end of the term - see the ones with label 'exam available' in the course listing page - http://www.fxphd.com/courseInfo.php
Courses that will be repeated in Oct'09 term - http://www.fxphd.com/course-grid.pdf
FAQ - http://www.fxphd.com/article20.html

ps: i don't work for them.

cmivfx.com - streaming videos at large resolution. mostly compositing and 3D (Cinema 4D and Houdini).
They have some pretty advanced Houdini videos like the ones on L-Systems and VEX.
